Dr. Jasmine Escalera is a certified career coach and founder of Jasmine Escalera Coaching. She is the creator of The Empowered Hire, a community designed to help women of color land jobs that are aligned with their internal mission at companies that truly value their contribution.

She also hosts her own podcast called Her Next Career Move, which drops weekly episodes containing career advice for women of color professionals. Jasmine is a LinkedIn Top Voice and has been named one of the top career and job search experts for three consecutive years straight.

Jasmine is a TEDx speaker, and her talk "Conquering Workplace Conformity as a Woman of Color" details her journey as a Latina in STEM. Jasmine was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and recently moved to Miami with her loving but often crazy dog named Cody.

Aparna specializes in coaching new managers, focusing on strengths, communication, feedback, conflict resolution, difficult conversations, and team development. As VP of Professional Development at ACEL, a non-profit, Aparna co-created 'ACELerate Women,' inspiring AAPI women in authentic leadership. Aparna, a fitness enthusiast, enjoys yoga, camping, hiking, and family travel.

With a compassionate approach, Angela specializes in helping individuals navigate a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues within couples and family dynamics.

Angela's commitment extends beyond direct therapy sessions. She also plays a crucial role in the development of future therapists by providing consultation and supervision to clinicians on their path to licensure. Her guidance and mentorship are instrumental in shaping the next generation of mental health professionals.

Recognizing the importance of education and awareness, Angela channels her expertise into accessible resources for the community. She writes insightful monthly blogs on diverse mental health topics, offering practical advice and fostering understanding. Recently, Angela has expanded her outreach by launching the 'Heart of Amber Therapy podcast,' where she engages in meaningful conversations to promote mental wellness and resilience, with her husband as her co-host, Jose Saafigueroa. In addition to her podcasting endeavors, Angela is currently collaborating with two of her closest colleagues and dear friends on the creation of a second podcast.
