    • Building a Strong Network through Peer-to-Peer Learning
      Hosted by the CCWomen Hall of Fame Inductees break the ice and get to know the members of the CCWomen community. This peer-to-peer learning opportunity will help you grow and build your own network through various prompts and activities designed with you in mind. Networking activities will include:- A guided discussion on the State of Women in Customer Contact - How to build your social capital and leverage it

Learn to move confidently as a leader at every level, sharpen your leadership skills, and navigate an industry where women fight to reach their full potential. In this CCWomen session, our trailblazers will share their personal experiences and best practices for moving confidently, taking up space, and sharpening leadership skills. You'll learn techniques for existing loudly in various contexts, from the workplace to personal relationships.
